“ One of the freshest and tastiest crawfish Ive had. The service was polite and the place is very spacious. Its also kid friendly during the time we went. Its BYOB and the claw machine is fun for kids and is very fair with prizes. ”
“ We tried Fat Oyster for the first time this past Friday for dinner and it was fantastic! The place was fairly empty when we first got there at about 630, but I was happy to see that it started to fill up soon after. We were given a menu with specials on it and there was a chalkboard with some Happy Hour information, but we mostly ordered off of their main menu. Our idea was to order several different entrees and to share so that everyone got a taste of everything. I ordered the Cerithidea Obtusa sea snail with coconut juice 18, the Sweet Snail with Butter Sauce 13 and the Steamed Clams Thailand Style 05. My brother ordered the Grilled Big Clams with Green Onion Peanut 06, Grilled Big Squid with Salty Chili 33 and the Grilled Chicken Feet 35. My less adventurous mother and sisterinlaw each ordered the Fried Pork Vegetable Dumplings A6 and also shared an order of Eggrolls A3. My absolute favorite dish of the evening was the Cerithidea Obtusa with coconut juice. Theyre a little different because you have to suck the meat out of the shell, but it was well worth it. The snail meat was clean, tender and flavorful and it was nicely complimented by the coconut juice sauce. The Sweet Snail with Butter Sauce was also very clean and tasty it was a little more chewy, but not in a bad way and the Butter Sauce was delicious. I thought that the Steamed Clams Thailand Style was good, but in comparison to other dishes it wasnt very flavorful and needed more of a kick of spices. However, I did share those with my mom, and they were perfect for her. The Grilled Big Clams with Green Onion and Peanuts were cooked perfectly, and the flavor combination was great. My brothers favorite dish and my 3rd favorite after the 2 snail entrees was the Grilled Big Squid with Salty Chili. The squid was tender, and the salty chili sauce was just the right combo of flavor and heat. I think the least successful of the dishes were the chicken feet, but only because theyre not very meaty and are a little difficult to eat the cook and seasoning on them was good. We will definitely come back to Fat Oyster, and I will highly recommend it to people. I think that the menu is large and varied enough that there is something for everyone. Everything that we ordered came out perfectly cooked and delicious. ”

“ Food was really good. From the cajun seafood menu, Ive order the crab legs, lobster tails, and shrimp combo, plus 3 pounds of crawfish and some oysters. Foods were came out fresh ,hot and looks so good. Especially the oysters, it was delicious. Cant said enough about it. Ive tried all the flavors, from the grilled to raw on the menu and I love it all. Price are very reasonable and great atmosphere. Its a good place for gathering and eat out. Will definitely be back. ”
